Today we’re releasing Masteriyo 2.3.0— an update that rebuilds the Certificate Builder from scratch, replaces the analytics tabs with a unified dashboard, and adds H5P integration alongside improvements across the Block Editor, Elementor, and WooCommerce.

New Canva-Style Certificate Builder
The certificate builder has been rebuilt from the ground up on PDFBuilder. The old builder had layout limitations and limited control over output. The new one is a full visual editor.
Set the size and orientation of your certificate before you start. Place elements using pixel guides and an alignment tool — what you build in the editor is what gets generated, with no surprises in the output.
A set of new professionally designed templates is included if you’d rather start from something ready-made instead of a blank canvas.
New Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics dashboard has got a makeover.
From one view, you can:
- Filter by an individual course or view data across all courses
- Set any date range
- Choose a time breakdown — per day, per week, or per month
- Select what the chart represents: Enrollment, Engagement, Subscriptions, Learning Activity, or Popular Courses
- Switch between a line chart and a bar graph
Everything that previously required switching between tabs is now available from a single view.
LMS Migration — More Data Types Supported
Migrating from another LMS now brings more of your data across. Previously, migration covered the core data — courses, users, enrollments, and orders.
All five supported LMS platforms now transfer a significantly wider set of data types, including reviews, quiz attempts, course progress, assignments, wishlists, and more depending on the source.
Supported sources: Tutor LMS, LearnDash, LearnPress, LifterLMS, and MasterStudy.
Email Template Styling [PRO]
Button styles and colors in Masteriyo email templates are now customizable. Set them from your email template settings to match your brand.
H5P Integration [PRO]
H5P quizzes now work natively inside Masteriyo.
H5P lets you create interactive content — quizzes, drag-and-drop exercises, branching scenarios, fill-in-the-blank — that learners engage with actively.
Add H5P quizzes directly to any lesson, or use the shortcode to embed them anywhere in your content.
Block Editor Updates
Three improvements to the content editing experience:
- Editor switcher — A toggle button now sits in the toolbar. Switch between Classic and Block editor without going into settings.
- Source code button — Direct HTML access is now available from the editor toolbar.
- Multiple default blocks — You can now configure multiple blocks as defaults.
Elementor Integration Update
Several outdated widgets have been deprecated and replaced with updated ones. Course Archive and Single Course pages now each have three layout options, giving you more flexibility when building course pages with Elementor.
